Huge burgers, good value for money. However the meat patty seemed to be 90% flour or breadcrumbs or something. Had a weird wet pasty texture in the middle and didn't really taste like meat. I doubt the cook has actually tasted their own recipe. The cheese was weird and the lettuce was warm. I didn't like it. The grilled fish however was very nice.

Great takeaway! Most of the staff are really welcoming and friendly. One is a little tough around the egdes but he can be, he's the boss! Love the chips, burgers and pizzas with loads of real topping!!!! Best takeaway on the southside for quailty and value for money!

Food is great, prices are even better! But the customer service is just absolutely horrible. You never feel welcome. You don't know if you're being spoken to or told off. No one says hello or greats you. When you order, you can really tell they don't care and really don't want to be there. Makes customers feel like they don't want to be themselves.

The food is usually always good and the prices are amazing. The only thing that holds Billy Banks back is to me the bland looking store and, though I hate to say it. The customer service. It seems as though they are always annoyed or angry, which makes customers feel a bit unsettled. Though I'm sure the workers are great people it would do them a great deal of benefit to work on customer service skills. From point a to point b the customer should feel invited and welcome in the environment. Anyway, keep up the good food billy banks, you are a great local establishment.
