Ordered two pizzas for pickup online. Arrived 5 minutes after pickup time and they weren't ready, the staff said it would be a few more minutes, no biggy. Almost immediately after I saw my two pizzas come out of the oven conveyor belt. Instead of the staff member getting the pizza and cutting it to give to me, he spent 10 minutes in the back of the kitchen. Eventually he cut the pizzas, but not before putting the wrong topping sauces on each of them. Pretty frustrating experience. Would've been better off buying frozen pizzas from woolies.
Ordered peppy paneer pizza last time, there was short hair in it. I complained about it but they did not respond. Today also i ordered veg pizza and it was not fresh, olives in it was rotten. I was really disappointed because it tasted disgusting
Ordered a pizza, had to wait for around 15 mins for the pizza, and when I got the pizza they told me to wait for another 15 mins for two sides. By the time I got my whole food the pizza was already cold and tasted horrible.
I wish there was a option for zero for this store. Food delivered 1 hr after order. requested by calling the store for hot and fresh food when the order not delivered after 35 mins of order.staff kept giving excuse of being short staffed. Driver asked us to call the store for the next order and request for complimentary garlic bread for the horrible food and service they provided. Chessy crust was cold dry rubbery and tasted awful. cottage cheese on tikka pizza was solid and rubbery with no flavour. Absolutely hopeless store and very disappointed that i did not return the food. One reason was it was already 9.35 pm, didnt want to go through the process of ordering again to other shop, kids were hungry and we trusted the Store manager to take our request whch we made by calling the store more seriously. but as it can be seen he had abslutely no concern for Customer care or professional ethics.
The pizzas are smaller than necessary which is why I have given it 4 stars. However, the customer service is exemplary! They take your order and guarantee everything is satisfactory, if you order delivery and leave a request e.g. "Draw a birthday picture as it is my boyfriends birthday and I'd like to surprise him" they WILL DO IT! That attention to detail is worthy of a good review :D
I have been very pleased with the timely service from this store and the friendly staff. I often order more than 10 pizzas in one order, they are always ready on time and the order is correct. Thanks so much!
Pizza is occasionally 'fresh' but commonly cold and hard to bite into. Would recommend saying that you want the pizzas hot if you get delivered.
I love when I put an order in and the delivery guy forgets something. No apology, but he went back and got it. However by the time I did get it, it was cold. Cold garlic bread doesn't taste nice when compared to a hot and fresh one.
Ordered my pizza and as it was delivered was left on my doorstep with no indication the pizza had arrived. By the time I had found the pizza it was dead cold. Order was not even completed correctly.
Ordered the pepperoni twice on different days and was equally impressed. Thin n crispy base and pepperoni's were cooked really well and the amount of toppings was generous. Always done in under 10 minutes. I will be coming back. For $5 what a steal.
