BoM gets a star for the friendly staff. We have a home loan and the processing times have been horrendous. We sent a progress payments invoice back in September and we just heard back from our builder saying the bank has not paid it yet. Come on, really? Very disappointed! As soon as I can I will switch to a different bank. Going with BoM was definitely the wrong choice.

Bradley Green the Branch Manager at Airport West has been insanely helpful! He is honest with his opinions and always takes his time to explain things in a very clear and concise way. Brad has gladly assisted us multiple times when we needed help or when things were stalled with other Bankers. He is an absolute legend!

The Best branch that I ever dealt with for sure. Highly professional and 100% cunstomer oriented. Branch manager Jason Christie is excellent. Rowena Malik is always friendly and patient with customers and she is great. I got a loan recently and lending manager Frank Caia was the best lender that I ever dealt wth so far. 100% satisfied. This branch is a great example for others and hands down the best of the best!

If  I could give negative star rating I would have gone for that. Worse banking experience of lifetime. The staff is so careless about their work, can't even once single document right in 4 weeks. Every time they provided the document with some new mistake. Never return call back to customers.

The person I spoke to would benefit from better listening skills and more awareness of the tone of her voice. It's polite to listen to someone first before saying you can't help, or palming off to someone else.

Customer Service Specialist Brendan Gonano is extremely helpful! He promptly responds to my questions and is very efficient! We are so thankful for having him at the Airport West Branch
