Was served by Ant at the Airport West kiosk and was pleasantly surprised that she had a wealth of knowledge, attentive and provided excellent customer service for someone that is currently in training. Credit also goes to her supervisor Domenica who was also great to deal with. Exchange here for quick, easy and quality service.

Went to Airport west Travelex store today, was served by the beautiful staff member Dominica, she was just amazing! A beautiful smile on her face, a welcoming feeling, excellent service, very helpful and easy to talk to. Qualities you don’t see much of these days.

Highly recommend Domenica at the Travelex in Airport West. She is lovely and great at her job. She makes you feel at ease with the process of exchanging money especially if it’s your first time as it can be a little overwhelming with the exchange rates etc. She is lovely to have a chat with and I will always go to her if I need currency exchanged.
