the technology and process used here seems outdated, they route everything back to India and it takes ages to come back.
NO APP banking, you can not schedule any payment so do it manually every time like when u pay rent. i mean seriously , i have been using internet banking for ages and this is the 1st time i have come across anything that lame.

i had 1 transaction reversed from aliexpress and to my surprise i got just 50% of my total amount back  in my account and rest was deducted by the BOB , and they have no idea why !! it took them 3 months to find out and still came with no answer.

now i have no idea why i got my account opened with them. will close soon !

Indian style banking process very complex to open account, login internet, if you want to updated any details need to visit branch,  
staff are good and helpful like their remittance service, 

long way to go to become everyday bank like local bank's
