If i can rate the staff in this regional branch a negative (- 100) i would. Officers in this branch never replied/call back to my voice messages. Business managers(""") / Account Managers (??) never replied even to their own Branch people. Don't know how they become Business managers at all..... Listen. If ASB own officers do not respect and reply to their own colleagues, how would the customers expect the officers to reply / assist/ or treat their customers? Your guess is as good as mine... Very disappointed with the officers in this Great South Road Ellerslie/Greenlane branch. I can mention all the people that I personally have the bad experience with. IF anyone wants to know their names, just shout, i will happily post them here.... Doesn't ASB even know that their business rely on their services to earn their wages? A very disappointed customer.
