Possibly the dodgiest business that I ever seen: - No refund available, - The returns policy was not in a visible place for customers to read when purchasing and there was no info verbally given at the time of purchase. How does a business survive by not providing these basics in a beach holiday destination when people are unlikely to return to the store because they are on holidays? Quite unfair in todays consumer society. Never again.
So happy with my faith pants, great quality and well made. I found browsing thoroughly enjoyable with huge varieties and styles to choose from. I was very pleased with the way I was served, friendly, helpful ladies, wearing masks, which I felt was very considerate of them. Felt great after that awesome experience and am definitely going back again.
Wife purchased a dress from this shop and wore it for the first time at a Melbourne cup function in our Village today and won Fashions on the Field
A lot of stock found what I was looking for, staff very helpful will be back
Very unhappy experience shopping here today. My friend picked up a top that was marked $17, tried it on, took it to the couner to pay, young girl said that will be $40 thank you, my friend said oh this is marked $17 an older woman came over speaking very gruffly saying "what's the problem"! and told my friend straight up no! It's $40. I went back and told the lady she should morally do it for $17 and she told me a stern no, legally she doesn't have to. I have worked in retail a long time and this is not right! This "woman" could of at least offered this top for at least $20 but she chose to let us leave very unhappy. There was 6 of us there today and we wont be back!
