Taxi number U0024. Although taxi man seemed nice, he took me a completely wrong/longer way (I have driven here so know the normal way, pointed it out at the start of the trip that he should take a left turn, which he declined and he said he was taking a shortcut, which was totally out of the way and took 10 minutes longer). Got charged more than the normal price, so won’t be using this company ever again.

Never on time and worst service I’ve ever seen, booker one earlier today and still waiting half an hour late. Missed a train. Rather walk with a broke leg

Everything they say about Ballarat Taxis is true.
Completely unreliable and unprofessional!
Pre-booked a taxi at lunchtime for 430pm and they were 12 minutes late. This meant I missed my train and was still charged $31.10 for a 10min drive!!!
The driver could not have cared less.

Asked for a taxi asap because I needed to catch a train... literally was a 6-7 min dr turned into a 12 min one... and I missed my train so I had to wait another hr...

Very very bad and unreliable. I waited for 20 minutes, nobody came. Called again and they said "wait another 15 minutes and then if nobody picked you up call us again." Apparently this is the only taxi in Ballarat which is very unfortunate. I would have given zero star. Go thank Google I had to give you one.
