I have been to BSDS many many times, always having an amazing experience but have yet to review it! I was in yesterday for the spa and a treatment. El who looked after me was amazing, she listened to whatever concerns I had with my back pain etc. She also took the time to sit with me afterwards in her spare time before her next appt  and discuss any skin concerns I had too and give me advice which was really lovely! The other staff who checked me in and out were kind and welcoming too as usual!

Ive been twice and absolutely loved both experiences. The massage and facial was fantastic and so relaxing!!! The spa is also so calming and its honestly better than any hydro pool ive ever tried. Well worth the money! Highly recommend!!

So glad we could squeeze in a trip to The Sanctuary over the weekend. After walking around Sovereign Hill all day/night on Saturday it was magic to be able to unwind and relax in the pool.nnMake sure you plan your trip well ahead of time as there are limited spots available and it does book up. All the better in my mind, it was so nice having the pool to ourselves for more than half the session! The team was lovely and really made our visit a great experience.nnThe robes were so soft with a generous fitting easily 4XL friendly. You're given flip flops, robe, and towel included in your entry. All you need to bring is your bathers.nnWe had an hour with the pool and sauna which felt like more than enough time. We practically floated out of the spa, so cozy and calm on a cold wet day. Highly recommend a visit!

What a perfect start to Sunday! A full body massage & facial with Elle. She was sweet, explained everything & made the treatment  suit my needs. I will definately be making this a regular appointment. Thank you.

Beautiful environment. Relaxing,  modern, clean, lovely staff. I had a massage and facial and felt fabulous afterwards. The products used were divine.I just wish the prices were a bit cheaper!
