We had the greatest experience at Ballarat’s cheapest cars. We were greeted by Chris when we arrived and saw a car we liked. The next day we decided to test drive the car and right after we purchase the car. By the next day we had the car home. The most easiest process of buying and trading in a car. Chris was so helpful and so was the manager who gave us a price we couldn’t refuse. All of the people we met each day we so lovely and welcoming and the lady that was working in the office at the time was so quick and efficient. Would recommend Ballarat’s cheapest cars to anyone.

Today. Me and  misses walked into   see if there was any cars that were in our price range  a minute from walking in the car yard  we had Chris  come and ask us if we needed a hand  with anything and I told him what we were looking for. And found a couple of cars that suited our needs. So we ask  to test drive  so we test drive two of them and like them  both  as we were test driving them   He was explaining the different features each car has   Which was helpful so we returned and ask what we get for the trade for our other  car  which was a great deal  and to make it even better I  got the car the very same day . What makes a great place to shop at is  clean,friendly team, knowledgeable , easy to process not difficult or too complicated  I like to thank the teamChris,Malcolm,Paul   And the lady that help us with our paper work sorry I didn’t remember your name at ballarat cheapest cars for our new car

8weeks ago I purchased a Mercedes’ Vito van upon having it for 8weeks the power steering failed the warranty issued by the car yard does not cover the power steering   I don’t understand why.  I’ve spent from my own pocket just under a thousand dollars to have the problem fixed i have contacted the car yard spoken with car salesman John on numerous occasions sent endless msgs to the team out there and I’ve had not one correspondence back from no one I’ve asked to speak to the boss Paul and all I get he’s out on a test drive or he’s with customers I’m not asking to recover my full costs but the least I ask is meet me 1/2 way I’ve had the vehicle 8 weeks and they have wiped there hands as John puts it it’s out of my hands  BE AWARE with Warranty These guys will sell you the cars promise to assist you to help when needed and are never to be seen I will not be recommending this yard to anyone poor after sales service from them  Take it as a warning

I'd give 100 if I could definitely recommend going through these guys. Their team is amazing : Big thankyou to Julianne and Malcolm for being so wonderful and easy to communicate with making sure everything was ready for purchase and keeping me up to date. my family and I are in love with our Mahindra drives well and a huge thank you for the delivery.

Never in all my time have I had such a pleasent experience buying a car, The sales people and staff at Ballarats Cheapest Cars were the most helpful and down to earth people I have ever experienced . There was no pressure to buy, only assistance with test drives, and help with the requirements and formalities when we made our purchase.
