Central Machinery Services employs diesel technicians for all servicing on ALL makes and models of farm and heavy vehicle equipment.

We have a large range of Castrol Oils, Fleetguard Filters and our modern facility in Ballarat also handles all machinery insurance repairs.

We undertake pre-season appraisals, our technicians are factory trained and we also provide an ON-SITE servicing unit that comes to you.

Moved here a few months ago and thought I'd try these guys out to service my tractors and machines.  I came in here 3 times to follow up a timeframe and quote to fix my tractor which was not starting.  First time early October- all good, spoke to the maintenance manager, he took details of the tractor and my details.  Second time a couple of weeks later- I went in to follow up and was told they needed the stamp plate instead of having me come in they could have called  Third time a couple weeks later- couldn't find quote and started again from scratch.  It's been well over 2 months almost three and still haven't heard back.  Useless service.  I ended up going to Brandt, got tractor serviced in 5 or 6 days.  Avoid CMS, absolutely poor customer service.  To CMS- If you don't want the job, just tell people instead of wasting their time. I certainly will not return, I certainly will not recommend.  Do yourself a favour and go to Brandt.

Will never go back wouldn’t fix our tractor. Poor service and charge to fix mistakes made by mechanic’s. Worst dealership we have ever dealt with

Couldn't be less helpful if they tried. Zero service and follow up.
