Purchased hot cross buns this morning
and was attended to by Sue.
Handed loyalty card to receive free product as it was due and requested  Chai wholemeal loaf (have done this many times
and never refused) but  was told not available as only three loaves made?
I accepted this and chose another loaf.
Asked if could possibly be put into 2 bags (never refused before) and was advised  in a very very loud voice - I can only do this if I am not busy.  As there was one other customer in shop being served by a gentleman I thought
Sue would return with 2 bags  -  but No
1 was given only one. On leaving this store not another customer had entered.

Bread etc.. best bought early to experience it at it's best. Friendly staff and good location. Prices are a bit higher than other local bakeries for similar items. Overall some really nice bread and related bakery items.
