Personally i find the results here are very inconsistent. Some days their breads are baked well, but usually they are not. Under-proved, over-proved, over-baked, under-baked etc. Especially their Low-GI bread. I've given up on these guys now and go over to Norwest Baker's Delight who I find to be a lot more consistent, even though it's out of my way.

The staff are always polite and friendly. The bread is delicious and they've just bought a new bread in that's specially designed for people with irritable bowel but it tasted great.

I went this afternoon to buy an apple and walnut scroll. I was given the wrong one. The girl there was also dusting the lights and the dust was falling on top of the bags of bread on the counter. What is that?
