Best company in the area! We’ve had bouncers from other companies in the past, but VB Inflatables are by far the best in the area. We ordered a big bouncer and a popcorn maker for Thanksgiving and my niece and nephew had a BLAST. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly the set up team were. I also liked that I was taught all about the bouncer and got to make sure it was in a good spot and was exactly where I wanted it. The popcorn machine was a hit, the kids couldn’t get enough and the warm popcorn was great considering the weather was a kinda bad. Thanks, I will definitely be using this company for the future!! Highly recommend 10/10
This is the best inflatable company in Virginia Beach. They are quick, professional, and totally worth the price. They set up completely and take everything down with no trouble. The air pump is not overly loud too so it doesn’t bother your neighbors either. Highly recommend!
Renting from VBI was top notch from start to finish. Customer service was exceptional and my little guy loved the bounce house! We will always rent from VBI and so should you!
Where do I even start?! I rented this bouncy house for my little brother. He loves anything to do with sports. Upon browsing the website I found it very easy to pick what bouncy house to rent and they even displayed the banners on the bouncy house on the website! So I found this cute sports banner! The workers came a good 2 hours early which made my brother happy because then he got more time alone before his friends came over. They showed me all the ins and outs! The lady doing paper work went over every single bit of information with me and made sure I understood everything. Very kind people and very fast! I highly highly recommend Virginia Beach Inflatables!
VB Inflatables was absolutely fantastic to work with. I booked and paid easily online but everything was confirmed in person. The bounce house was set up in plenty of time and exactly where I requested and every person I spoke to from the woman on the phone to the crews setting up and tearing down were amiable and professional. I highly recommend this company!
We used VB Inflatables for a company event. The dunk tank was a huge success and the whole coordination was smooth and enjoyable. The guys that did the set up were great and very helpful. We will definitely use their services for future events. Thank you!
VB Inflatables was absolutely amazing. They were so friendly & kind, they set everything up and broke it down hours later quickly and efficiently, and they were extremely communicative about drop off, pick up, and everything in between and quick to answer any questions. We can't wait to do business with them again!
This is my second year renting from Virginia Beach Inflatables. They are quick and professional. I would recommend them to anyone I talk to and will be renting again soon. So much fun!!
We recently rented a bounce house for the weekend. This company drove a metal stake through our sewer line which caused a flood in our house. They refused to help cover any of the cost of their negligence the outflow tract was about 2 feet away where they hammered the stake into the ground so easy to visually see where the sewer pipe ran through the yard or even refund the bounce house rental. We will be using other companies in the future and warning others not to use this company. They also stated they hit a gas line at someone else’s house and refused to pay that so there is clearly a pattern of negligently setting up this equipment. Please beware and use other companies that use proper set up techniques.
We were pleased with VA Beach Inflatables. We were pleasantly surprised to know that we could set up a bounce house for a winter birthday party. The customer service was excellent and the experience was a success. We definitely recommend!!
