Johnny came at 9am sharp in fact a little early and was there all day until 6pm. His bond replacement clean was superb and we left our apartment in a cleaner condition than when we received it. He cleaned fly screens, aircon filters, air vents, oven extractor vents all to a high standard. Carpet cleaner was also great, so much so our property manager commented what a good job had been done. Much better price quoted than in-house company and best of all carpets and clean all done on one day by one company. Would highly recommend. We got our full bond back. Thank you BBright and Johnny.

The service seemed fine from a quick view of the townhouse. Upon closer inspection dirty water was left run down walls, air con vents not cleaned, and walls were left with marks not originally there. The real estate was also unimpressed with the clean done, resulting in a call back. 
The cleaners were friendly until at the end of the service, they stood next to me very close, intimidating me to write a review on google, right then and there. As a young female this was very inappropriate. The only thing preventing me from giving a score I was uncomfortable with was that I had actually forgotten my password in the moment. 
As a business, it would be advisable to make sure clients are not put in this position, especially when the clean was not five star.

Ryan was very professional and the house is now spotless! One thing I will say is the quote beforehand could have been a bit more accurate had they asked a few simple questions about the house.
Overall very satisfied with their service!

I have used them a few times and they always deliver better than expected results. One of the best I have used over the years. Highly recommend this company for your cleaning requirements.

Ryan cleaned our house to a great standard and was very accommodating of our requests. The cleaners were also able to complete the job to the deadline we had.
