We had our apartment in Brisbane City cleaned by Austral Cleaning adn couldn't be happier. The cleaning job was fantastic and the level of customer support received by Sue was amazing. She was so helpful throughout the process and made sure to follow up to keep me in the loop. Highly recommend!!

Had a booking this morning at 7:30. No one turned up and no one was answering any phones. Finally received a call back at 8:50. Too late. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Will have to now do my own bond clean. Book with someone else.

I recently used Autral Cleaning for a huge event on Saturday 12th May. The cleaners that were provided were great!! They were onto it keeping the area cleaned and also helped lift and bump out decore. Would highly recommend. Kind regards - Gemma Mask Events

Today I witnessed photos of a job they supposedly did at my workmates home. The cleaner was allergic to dust apparently, her words. She didn't dust everywhere. In one of the photos my friend showed where she wiped the shelf - nothing but dust. Two cleaners for a four hours and all that was done were some blinds and fans. Windows had smear marks. Beds not vacuumed under. Dirt everywhere. Disgusting. Could not believe the number of photos that I saw showing poor quality work. Manager was extremely rude, I was there whilst she was on the phone. Threatened legal action if she didn't pay the rest of the cost. Claimed she signed paperwork - she didn't. Ripping off my friend who is unable to do cleans due to poor health. Shameful. Do not use them.
