Staff is certainly un-trained and needs some manners on how to deal with customers who are used to good customer service 1. Charges: I was charged AUD $120 a day for Standard car 2. Car Condition: Car was 36000 KMs old and dirty from outside. I complained about it and no action was taken 3. Staff: We do what computer tells us to do. I don't understand the point of staff then? Although, their computer tells me different story! Overall hated Avis Rockhampton Staff and Cars. I am not going to hire from them EVER again.
