Great hotel and service from staff, in particular Dakota who assisted us booking over the phone and checking in. Have stayed here a couple of times and the rooms are really spacious and clean with close proximity to great restaurants and drinking holes. Recommend to everyone.
Great hotel for accessibility. Friendly staff. Great size and range of utilities in the suite. We had a great stay. Only complaint is the lack of vegan options for room service.
This hotel was amazing. Upon checking in we were told we got upgraded to an apartment, which was much bigger than the room we booked. We had an issue with the bed being too soft on our first night, but this was fixed after we told reception. The hotel was very reasonably priced also. Highly recommended

Great location. Reception was understaffed, the poor lady was juggling phone calls & check-ins. We had zero Telstra reception throughout the whole building. The spa room was great, the beds super comfy, but the beds are too short if you are 6'3" or taller.
I really loved staying here. Very clean, so much room in the 2 bedroom apartment, modern and the beds were amazing... Didn't want to get up in the morning

Loved loved love staying at the avenue. The rooms are immaculate and the bed is so wonderful - you'll never want to leave. Staff are professional and friendly. The hotel is in an outstanding location yet so peaceful and quiet. Will without a doubt be back to stay again.
