Worst docs ever. Went here for my mental health which is quiet server. Got referred to a physcrisit are pushing and pushing and pushing for help. Multiple appointments. Very unhelpful. Ended up getting a mental assessment with the WA's mental health services my results were then forwarded to my doc who told me for 9 months multiple phone calls AND appointments that they never received anything. Then after seeing a different doctor all of a sudden after 9 months had it. It had a urgant request written on it. I'm not sure how this got slipped under the rug or missed for 9 months but this is and was my mental health on the line and could've risked me my life. After all the unhelpfulness I went to midlands ED to speak to there mental health services the doc at St John of god then tried to call aveley and got the same service I always got. He then understood my frustration, I was not able to be discharged from St John of gods till he had spoken to my doctor in which we struggled to get any information about he asked the practice manager if they had anyone who had done any courses in BPD or extra education in it and he had no idea what he was talking about my doc at St. John of god ended up just hanging up (Dr Alafka that is). The receptionist is so rude her child is always running around the centre and pram behind the counter very unprofessional not sure how they still practice. Rude unhelpful and very uneducated. Never see Dr Awlafka unless you want a sick note. However Dr Lyn had been wonderful and even gave me a follow up call the next day.

Dr Murphy is one of the best doctors I have ever been to - thorough, kind, efficient, friendly. The receptionist is rude and incompetent (booked me into the wrong doctor and shrugged her shoulders when telling us what had happened), no customer service skills, not even polite. The woman who takes bloods is SO rude - always in a bad mood, goes through monotone spiel with zero enthusiasm. People having blood tests might be anxious or very ill, how about you show some sensitivity, humanity or just common decency (and if you hate your job as much as it appears, get a new one!!) Such a shame that the support staff are really letting these great doctors down.

Dr Afilaka, very good doctor.listen every problem carefully and diagnose it. Proud to be a Dr Afilaka's is my GP and intelligent Dr. in Aveley. Now open 7 days. good for Aveley community. Jignesh Patel

Absolute joke, every time I have been here there hasn’t been more than five patients and you still have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes! Absolutely no reason for such a wait. When you ask you’re told they’re very busy, when clearly they aren’t!

Easy to get in to for an appointmen,t but be prepared to wait at least an hour from the time they say ur appointment is....
