Dr. Afilaka is an outstanding and soft-spoken doctor who truly cares about his patients. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, without rushing the appointment. His calm demeanor and professionalism made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend him for anyone seeking a thoughtful, attentive physician!
Today I had come in to see the pathologist at 1:30pm to have a blood test done. Let me tell you how kind hearted and amazing this woman is at her job! Definitely the most incredible asset to have at your practice. Bless her beautiful soul in abundance:
This Doctors surgery overall needs a lot of improvement from top to bottom, starting from reception, and all the way to how you are handled as a patient.nWe required a full health report for my two teenage sons for their enrollment to a new international school. The most important part was to conduct a blood test to determine what blood type they were. Upon returning for overall results, only one childs results were available.nWe were advised that the other child's results were delayed and will be available in a few days time.nAfter those few days we were informed that the blood test results were inconclusive !nWe were flying out overseas the following morning so it was now too late to try elsewhere, and secondly we were charged $180 dollars for results that were now useless and a total waste of time!nOverall just a bad experience.nThe process was rushed, even though we're had booked a double consultation costing a total of $360!
1 doctor in the whole complex. Waiting time of minimum 1 hour. Still want to charge me. Absolutely ridiculous. Joke
I’ve called multiple times a day for multiple days to get some results emailed but the phone keeps ringing out. I haven’t been able to contact them for days.nUpdate - I finally got a hold of them after calling 12+ times this week, they refuse to send me my test results due to privacy reasons but can send them elsewhere?nEven though they are my own results?
