I ordered car and dash mats and was assured they were in stock and would be ordered right away. After repeatedly visiting the store to check on the status, I was finally told that the order hadn’t even been placed and now the wait time is 12 weeks. If I knew that I would not have bothered. If I had ordered online, I would have had the mats by now. This whole process has been a massive disappointment and would use anybody else.
A1 customer service. A big shout out of appreciation to Tye & Kade, Hope I got the names right. They spend over an hour helping me to problem solve my CarPlay issues not only in store but out at my car. Both were very knowledgeable and patient in the whole process. Even though I didn’t end up making a purchase as originally intended to because their excellent problem solving skills & knowledge, concluded that there is a fault within my audio system.nThey may not have gained a sale from me today but they did gain my respect and a future customer. Thank you for your assistance and AutoBarn Mackay for two great employees.

As always the staff are extremely helpful. I went in asking about dashcams and the person only knew about the basic features so helped me as best he could until another sales person with more knowledge was available to help me. Have shopped here several times and will always be happy to return.
