A little shout out to a genuine and honest Mechanic @ AutoLeaders Southport. These guys have been in business on the Goldie for years and have a great reputation. I’ve had to have quite a bit of work done to my car recently which meant $$$.  Unlike others, it went in for a no obligation free quote, I was called and talked through what needed to happen. I was given cost and part options based on my budget and an interim plan if I couldn’t afford it all at once. So refreshing to receive an outstanding service for my money as well as great communication. So I went ahead with the work and I am so happy with the results. Went there a few weeks back and was quoted the cars AC is to old and will need to be fixed, was going to cost thousands as he quoted, after a few days and research into car AC gas to retrofiting to changing compressor oils I gained enough knowledge to purchase some gas, lines and fittings, I put the gas in myself the brand was minus 30 if anyone is wondering, works with R12 and R134a systems with all compressor oils, works best with mineral oil the cars AC works absolutely great, 30 years old and still kicking, I'm not here to shame the company, but at least give your customers options and not jump straight to, it's going to cost thousands, $220 it cost and about 6+ hours of research

You took the time to listen and give me options and you rang me at each stage if there was an issue. The job was completed on time, as promised and I was most impressed by your after-service care - a quick check one week later and a complimentary check after 5000km. It is refreshing to find a local business with integrity and genuine care of the customer. I cannot rate you highly enough!

This team are amazing, from the prompt and personalised service, to the courtesy calls when they have to do some extra work. Even if it's small they double check with the client first.the online booking service and text service is easy to use as well.
