Autoking is a nothing but a dodgy con operation. They have multiple reports online of false and misleading conduct. In my opinion the owners Peter and Jay should be banned by ASIC.

I had a really unpleasant experience with a mobile mechanic named Nick who had come out to "assist" me. I was told he was a very nice guy with a good attitude and when he had arrived, from the get-go he was very rude, negative, and pushy about the situation. I was merely just a young guy who needed some assistance to see what they could do to help and in the end he was swearing and had said very abusively "You're a fu**ing waste of my time" and I don't have time for this sh**" I was just asking some questions about the nature of my car and my best options regarding my car issues and he had abused me and had in the end made me very upset to the point of balling my eyes out. He had suggested to me that I should go kill myself. I'm not saying that loosely. He genuinely told me to go kill myself. When I had called the business up (something I wouldn't normally do) to explain the situation, the guy who had answered the phone was very rude to me as well due to the fact that the mobile mechanic hadn't charged me and had just left. This is a business that only wants their profit. A business that is very unreliable and pushy. I have felt so horrible about myself since this situation had occurred. The assistant Nick had been very abusive and now has me feeling really shaken up and depressed. I most definitely suggest not going through this business. You'll notice from the get-go of calling them up that the person is quite straight-forward and rude to you. I for one don't want to encourage a business to thrive based on terrible "customer service" and hostility.

Just had Autoking do a mobile roadworthy. Quick, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend and use again.

Needed a safety certificate straight away and Auto King came to our address that day. Their mechanic arrived at the arranged time and was very polite and helpful.
