The staff here are wonderful! Special mentions to Carolyn for her warm welcome to the centre, and Macey for taking the time to explain everything in a perfect level of detail with it being my first donation. Will definitely be back!
The staff are a pleasure to deal with! Tips for first-timers: 1. Allow plenty of time to get there: not much parking, chances are you'll have to park in the Ringwood Square parking. 2. There's food and drink there but if you wanna save on plastic and coffee cups, bring a refillable bottle. 3. Allow plenty of time to leave: I was overly careful feeling a bit 'spaced out' so I left a lot later than I had planned.
First time giving blood and it could not have been made any easier by the exceptional staff. Made to feel very comfortable by Macey and Camille and will definitely be back as soon as possible!
Staff are very friendly, polite and professional. The entire blood donation process is very smooth and fast. It’s not crowded at all and must come back for donation again.

I called this clinic to give my blood and sat on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up, I mean if you want blood, do a little bit better to help people give their blood.
Today was my first time donating blood and I was fairly nervous. However, the staff were lovely and helpful, from administration to the nurses to the super kind lady who helps look after the refreshments area. Speaking of the refreshments area, they had a great selection of snacks and drinks to replenish energy after donating. The nurses were very knowledgeable and helped walk me through the process. I thought it would hurt when the needle went in but I barely felt a thing! Needless to say, I will be donating here again after the necessary 3 months wait. And to the lady who looks after the refreshments area, you are truly a gem.
Going to the Ringwood bloodbank was a nice experience. Your doing something for the community and it makes you feel god. Parking is ok, snacks are good and the nurses and other staff are gorgeous. Shout out to the nice lady who looks after the food area - always says "Thanks for coming" as she rushes around looking after the area - a nice touch.
