I used to donate plasma every 2 weeks usually in the city life blood donation. The nurses are nice and friendly, however, the nurse in the front desk is not. From the beginning she were not happy to see me. In fact, it is my first time at this centre. I hope they can learn from the city centre where they are very far away. In the city centre, you can feel that everything there is organized and they will take care of everything. I will not go to this centre again by choosing.
There’s nothing I could say that’s negative about this centre. The staff there are lovely and efficient, yet will still take the time to answer any questions or address any concerns you might have. There are closer donation points to me, but it’s worth the drive. This was mine fourth time donation. Feel blessed every time.

Clean, tidy and well organised. Usually blood is taken very painlessly but today the start was a bit distracted. Resulted in more painful experience
The nurses help me overcome my fear of needles and nerve irritation. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I will go here for all of my donations from now on.

clean and well located centre. nurses very kind and caring but the staff at front desk and the other nurse checking you before you enter the blood donation room had a top down view, the way they were talking and answering my questions was very indifferent and not kind.I haven't been donating in 7 years due to back to back pregnancy and breast feeding and I was treated in a way that I have done something wrong! didnt like the way they treated me
Nice centre and conveniently located. However on my last visit, the nurse didn't take my blood due me to having eczema on my wrists. That's all fine and good if that's protocol but the way she made me feel was embarrassing, saying 'it could be anything' that is on my wrists. I haven't gone back since, in fear of being judged again.
I visited the Lifeblood Bundoora Donor Centre for my first ever donation. The team here, from reception to the nurses, were fantastic! They explained everything and were so attentive to not only me, but all the other donors. I felt completely at ease - the whole experience was fantastic. A massive thanks to all the staff - you are amazing!
