Bought a toy helicopter for my nephew for overseas... it never worked and then later found out that it was a faulty product that’s why kept on offer... it was a big disappointment for a child.. friendly staff though...

I love this store and commonly buy kids presents here because they are very unique and interesting. There are a lot of scientific style toys and products that are also not only fun but very educational, which is great for young kids. If you often walk past this store stop and go in. Its a very interesting 20 minutes just browsing at all the interesting stuff they sell. And if you are stumped trying to think of a christmas present, this is the place to go.

Went shopping for my grand boys who live remotely in WA. Romaly, a lovely assistant greeted me and then proceeded to help me with my pressies, even suggested ordering online and advised of postage costs. She has great product knowledge and made my decisions for purchases so much easier.
