Worst service ever! My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 6th January and it's been 23rd and there is no update till now. The delivery person is soo blind that he took the parcel out for delivery, then forgot to see the address and delivered it back to their delivery center, atleast that's what the customer service team say. I'm contacting the customer service everyday for the last two weeks and they give the same response "We understand you and will make sure we will get the parcel delivered to you as soon as possible." None of the customer service team know where my parcel is nor the delivery center. My biggest question here is why hasn't any action been taken against the delivery person who lost my parcel? Why are they not saying it explicitly that they lost my parcel? Instead of relying on Aus Post, I could have gone there in person and got my parcel. Regret using Aus Post!

The worst service I've had in ages. I had done my research online about renewing my passport and had all the paperwork ready but the lady said it wasn't right. She said my skin was too dark and my teeth were showing, which they weren't. Because the fee for taking a photo would pocket her more money than if I bring in my own! Pick up your game and act professional.

Recently I collected a parcel and noticed the dirty carpet and overall unkept unprofessional look of the place. Chaotic mess! The service was good but the look and feel of the place is depressing. It surprises me that Australia Post don't set professional standards for franchise PO; or if they do Murrumbeena PO is not keeping up. I hope they make the place more user friendly and wheel chair accessible from the front door to the counter is terrible.
