This is our local PO and, as a online retail business, where we go to send our products to places the courier services can't reach. They always have big smiles, and will give you the best option to send your parcel and save you money. Highly recommend

I have always had a great experience at this post office, being my local LPO for the last twelve years, until they employed new staff members. The man is pleasant and polite, where as the new lady grinds my gears. As I always have, I pay for my postage and packaging first. Then take the parcel away to address and pack, and occasionally add in BUBBLE WRAP. I let the male (newly employed) staff member know this, and the lady butts into our conversation and demands "WAIT WAIT, HOW MUCH BUBBLE WRAP ARE YOU PUTTING". I understand that I have already paid for the postage, and that her concern is that I may be adding extra weight to the package. But seriously. It is BUBBLE WRAP. Pockets of bloody air. And let me tell you, this is not the first time this lady has made a big fuss about bubble wrap. I, myself, have worked for Australia Post less than two years ago. This is just ridiculous. I will not be returning.

Just checked in with a woman called Sonia, just sneaked in before 5 and I wouldn't blame her if she rushed me but she certainly didn't. She made my day, righting a couple of my wrongs and sorting out an international delivery. Superb service. Will ensure my next postal need is taken here.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS. Went there once got photos. Photos were rejected. Went back there and they made me pay again for new photos because i didnt have my receipt even though same lady served me and clearly remebered me. So payed for another batch of photos once again rejected upon submission. Then went to mirrabooka post office and all was well got new photos free of charged no thanks to alexander heights store. And passport is now on its way.
