Australia post is absoluteiy uselessnnUsed it two times. Once the parcel arroved and i never get the message that it arrived. After 5 times of walking in they remembered that it is already there for month. But i would have been lucky as they would have sent it back after 2 month. Yeah so lucky that i wasted 5 days inbetween my shifts.nn3 weeks ago i sent a parcel for christmas. It was stuck for 2 weeks. But as they dont do anything before 2 weeks of delay i get it back now. Structural very questionable. No problem solving skills, time Management or costumer satisfactory. My christmas presents wont arrive before mid of january. But it will arrive. And to be sure it does arrive i will never choose australia Post again. The company itself seems to be absolutely overwhelmed with its Business. The price is much too high for a company which never did its job properly.nnLocation in palmerston itself is allright. The ladies helped me as good as they could. It is really about the System which seems to be less, usefull than a pice of bread
I had a disappointing customer service experiencentoday. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I politely asked if they had any inexpensive plastic bags for returning an item, and instead of assisting, the staff member responded curtly with, “You can see everything we have on the shelves,” in a very dismissive tone. We were simply asking a question and did not deserve that level of rudeness.nnLater, when I approached the counter which was empty at the time, the same staff member snapped, “Stay back in the middle, let me finish my work first.” I understand if she needed a moment, but the way it was said was unnecessarily harsh — a polite request would have been enough.nnOverall, the attitude and lack of basic courtesy from the staff made the entire visit very uncomfortable. Very disappointed.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Staff are rude and disrespectful and literally so useless they continuesly lose my parcels/mail and on some days they dont even attempt to drive past and deliver my parcel they just make me come in after a few days. I cannot stand this place or service whatsoever.
The customer service was amazing, the ladies at the counter saved me $70 in postage this Xmas!
I visited this store twice and both times had awful customer service. The staff were rude and unhelpful.nnApplying to renew my MSIC & they made an issue about needing to see and personally scan documents, which they failed to scan correctly. I was emailed by the Veritas to email them my own digital copies.nnA complete waste of time.nnIf I could give less starts, I would.nnPlease do better.
