Fantastic passport service! Went to get passport photos done for the family and then went back a couple of days later to lodge multiple passport forms. No appointment was required unlike other Post Offices and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful customer service!
The staff that work there are all very friendly - smiling, having a chat with customers. It does not feel like other post office in which the staff look miserable. We are very lucky to have this post office as our local post office!
The AusPost in Laverton is very disorganized, and many signs don’t make sense. There aren’t many staff members, but I understand that this might be normal in India, given the large Indian community living here. If you’re looking for better service, consider going to the branches in Point Cook or Altona instead.nnThank you.
Very convenient for passport lodgement as there's no need for appointment. Branch is opened till 5:30pm, convenient for office workers. The lady officer was cordial and professional - thank you kindly for your assistance. Much appreciated.
I was served by Leeanne and had a terrible experience. She was rude and unhelpful when processing two separate returns. Firstly, she was condescending when I tried to ask for help. Secondly, she only gave me one receipt with one tracking number so I had to go back for the second receipt. Thirdly, she ripped my second receipt into two pieces and only gave me one half of it, while keeping the other half with the QR code. Overall, she looked like she didn't want to do her job and was unnecessarily rude.nnThis is the worst customer service I've ever received from Austpost.
