Very bad service from one lady, she didn't know how to scan a bar code. I had to go in search of another Australia post because of that. Disappointing...

Extremely disappointment with this PO. Staff being nice is different to quality of service which was horrible. I had to file a huge complaint to a local business owner in order to put in effect a refund for items which weren't received. Unfortunately, the delivery slip was signed by some unknown person so i had slim chances of proving the item was not delivered. A month later I found the item stuck at the post office. It seems as though the delivery personnel themselves had signed it as being delivered. This is beyond pathetic.
