Came in for passport photos and they Would only take one photo and would not let me review it before loading it onto the computer even though I asked nicely prior. If you offer a passport photo taking service you should take several photos and allow the customer to choose which one. Pathetic.

Don't go here expecting any assistance or customer service. Went in today at 3PM, very quiet. My colleague and I needed to post 2 shoe boxes to the one address, struggling and confused to find appropriate packaging, the two behind the counter refused to remove their carcass from behind the counter (I'm aware they are not psychic). Eventually we after having no luck we asked for a solution to which WE ended up figuring out ourselves. Don't go here expecting a smile with service as it almost seems too much effort for them to even notice you're in the shop

RUDE service. Walked out humiliated. I hope I never have to go back to pick up a parcel ever again.

dislike coming to this post office, customer service is poor. But I had to come because the dilivery person always put my parcel here even it is so far away from my place and there is others r closer!!!

Been paying rental through a card system through the post office for close to 20 years. All of sudden that system dosent work anymore. But the way she explained the new procedure was not friendly. Just out right iam wrong, there right. The manager coming out didn't add to the friendliness either. Then having to prove who iam through drivers licence etc. When a customer comes to my business I make sure they are treated like a king or queen. This post office has lost its customer service.
