I had a great experience initially, from two outstanding staff members. However, after a few years my account was passed on to someone who is clearly not suited to the job. My business was put in a very perilous situation with less than a week remaining to secure indemnity coverage and I had no confidence that anything was being done. I had to take matters into my own hands and luckily was able to find an insurer in time. Never again.
