Auspet have looked after our cat and dog on several occasions when we have gone on holidays. It is so convenient to have them both at the one place. We highly recommend them to look after your loved ones as if they were their own.

Worst place to put your pet. One hour before we took our cat to Auspet, we took him to vet for a checkup. He was healthy and 4 kg. We visited our cat couple of times there and he was supposed to stay 19 days. On our second visit I saw evidence of a lot of blood and faeces in front of his sleeping area but the guy lied and said it’s food. Our cat was no where to be found on that day until the guy brought him from a hidden area behind the stacked towels on the shelf. Poor cat was so distressed and scared. We took him out of there one week early. He was taken to vet again. His weight was now 3.4 kg and had blood in his faeces. The vet prohibited him to go out as he had become so weak. If you care about your pet keep them away from this place. Not sure where he gets all that good reviews and five stars from. I even suspected abuse.

Looked after out baby Nala for 10 days and did a great job. Highly recommended. Great staff and facilities.
