Very easy to deal with. My insurance advisor even arranged a time to come out to see me, which was really more than I expected. They seemed to really care and make sure I got the right insurance for me and my family.

Given a quote with partners life insurance. When started another quote with 15$ fortnightly extra and less benefits too. Never pick up the calls by the adviser.
