Buying a house is a gigantic step that I did not feel prepared for at all. Fortunately, Nandy was with me every step of the way. She helped me through each part of the process and made sure all my questions even the very silly ones were answered. She was incredibly patient and explained everything so well sometimes more than once when my overwhelmed brain didn't understand the first time. She met me where I was in the process and, when I found a house with a tight deadline, she sorted everything out quickly and efficiently so that I was able to put in a winning offer. I'm incredibly grateful for all of her time and effort.
