I visited the AA centre in Riccarton last week as I needed to renew my rego, and was helped by Lisa, who was super helpful, kind, and competent. For some strange reason, my car was no longer registered to me—someone might have attempted fraud—so Lisa called NZTA for me and helped me figure out what had happened. After a few phone calls and a lot of patience, Lisa, together with the help of Matt, fixed the issue with great kindness and professionalism. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you, Lisa and Matt, for your great help
