This review goes out to Eric at AA. Unfortunate to see a huge lineup of people at AA due to staff shortages and long waits. Eric was great to deal with and was a pro at getting everything done as quickly as possible and very knowledgeable. Was great with other customers as well. Keep up the great work, Eric!

Poor staff service with AA Riccarton always Because of the their staff is too lazy. Two days I went to the AA Riccarton branch another day at 4.40 and 4.42 pm today. There is no Many people are waiting in the queue. But the staff were told me to come another day,  fill out this form and come another to put Rego on hold n“ Poor the staff shows the value of the branch “nCustomer satisfaction 0%nCustomer service 0%nnBetter to close the door at 4.30 pm. At 1pm it was medium crowded and I had to wait only for about 15 minutes. The most shocking thing is that theory driving test you have to pass while being in the same hall with other 50 people around you! There is no other room or any type of wall that separates people who need to focus on theory exam and other people, who are waiting or talking to the agents. Non-sense. And there are only like 4 or 5 computers! Of course they would be overbooked and there are waiting lists. It's like we are back to 90's.

I wrote down my address correctly on the paper application. But the staff entered wrong on their system, so I couldn't get my driver license by mail and had to call to correct my address and to resend one. The staff was busy with chatting her coworkers, not focusing on her job. She chatted to other staff next her, typing my information on the system, and she even chatted right after she asked me to read the numbers to check my vision. I am pretty sure she didn't bother listening to me and had no idea if I read them correctly or not because she was busy with talking and laughing to her coworker. It is so annoying that I had to call and ask to resend just because she didn't do her job correctly. Everyone makes a mistake. I would have understood if she just made a mistake. But her unprofessional attitude annoyed me quite a lot.

Terrible service. Your website states closes at 5pm. I left work early and turned up at 4.30pm to renew my licence to be told you have to be there before 4pm. No where is this stated on your website. I had the paperwork already filled out.
