Friendly helpful staff at Audika - Mackay Office went out of their way to look after my hearing issues when my existing aids had to be sent south for repair. Not only did they reprogram their stand-by aids to suit my ears, they accomplished it all in just 4 days to meet my urgent speaking presentation commitment. Murray Whiteman, Ysabel Galley and Sue Lowth combined their talents and skill with such remarkable skill and care that the team result was a very happy client who was able to successfully obtain approval for a large charity donation to a high school science laboratory. Students and I thank the Audika Mackay team for going the extra mile for our combined benefit......much appreciated!! Peter Douglass
Unfortunately the product failed after 12 weeks and after having to chase Audika Mackay for refund we still haven't received it. When asked for a email confirmation that the Refund would be paid we were told they couldn't do that and it may take 10 business days to action. Over $5,000.00 was spent with Audika for a rubbish quality product and us having to continually chase them for information. Would not even consider recommending Audika.
We have a new full time permanent Audiolgist - Ysabel Galley who started in Jan 2020 and a new look clinic - Audioclinic has changed names to Audika! Sue and Debbie are our customer serivce officers and will be very happy to help you with your hearing healthcare. Darran Ginn - Manager
