This place is best for high quality work. I have 3 European cars and I got them all fixed here after accidents throughout last 4 years. They are a bit expensive though. If its an insurance job pick this place for sure. Your car will be looked after very well.

Very disappointing performance and lack of response from one of Onehunga's leading panel-beaters

I have been waiting over a month for my complaints to be discussed with management, yet to date still no answer. 

The job entailed

Rust repairs around the windscreen has rust coming back through and has cracked above the front windscreen. 20 months after the job has been completed. I feel for this to be happening so soon that I got a sub-par job. Surely a job completed from a reputable firm as APP would last longer than what I have experienced especially as its in the same specific place the job was done. 

 Goods and services I paid for have not been completed:

As stated from your colleague and the photos you showed me on the computer it appears the roof was not stripped back and rust preventor was not applied. This is what I asked and paid APP to do. In this instance I have not been given the goods or service I asked or paid for. 

The car was given to APP to treat and fix rust around both windscreens and have the roof treated before a respray. I was issued with a warranty card and verbally told by the manager at the time this would have around a 10 year warranty. As you have said your rust repairs do not carry a warranty. To your own admission this card should not have been issued and due to the fact that the vehicle was solely in for rust repairs, I feel it should have been mentioned to me at the time that there is no warranty. Also that the card should never of been provided. 

This occurred under a previous employee and this is not anyone of your current teams fault. I feel that both myself and APP have been let down by poor workmanship. As you mentioned it one of the many mistakes this past employee has made for APP. This event has reflected poorly on APP a company that I have used for work on multiple vehicles.

Far from happy with APP on our 3rd visit shoddy workmanship after finding bog stuck to my paintwork in three separate places. Plus no rundown with what actually was done to my ute. Had it for 5 days and bumper still has lots of dings.
