My favourite library in the Auckland area. I love going here with my kid, they have cosy book nooks and a nice selection of books to read. I think this is one of the best libraries in the world -- warm and inviting, I could definitely spend hours here.

I love this place so much. An amazing variety of spaces to suit different needs. I come here to study — nothing beats a desk seat with a view of the park and the ocean. Really peaceful atmosphere (except for the odd rogue kid!), beautiful natural light, and lots of natural wood. For me working in this environment makes a huge difference for productivity and focus. And nice to have other people around, enjoying the space and working too :-) Great selection of books to be distracted by too…
