It seems evident that HRC want to continue funding 'Rogue' researchers, and ignoring genuine researchers no wonder NZ is not making any progress in research, and tax payer money is being misused and HRC is not taking any corrective action to stop no output from researchers and continue to flush them with funds. HRC is flushed with tax payer funds for 'Research' but merrily dishes it out to 'old boys school' so there is no accountability on the part of researchers who 'piggy back' each others on publications for favours. HRC should be made accountable by the NZ Government for the tax payer money they dish out in the name of 'research' for 'sight seeing' at conferences. Hon Winston Peters we need you to stop this generous funding of tax payer money to 'fake research'. Allocate the tax payer money to another organisation who will better manage the output of 'Travel' based researchers with NO output. Please withdraw the ability of HRC to continue to fund researchers with No output or Zero output. Research funding is not a donation but hard earned tax payer money.
