this council is spendthrift, wasteful, sloppy, out to be a nuisance, worst ever. Left a calling card by peter nagels to say roots in our drain. Called him and he tried to say he never left cards for years yet after 10 minutes of his chitchat he said yes there were roots in our drain to manhole and to call drainlayer. Next day at huge cost, 2 certified drainlayers arrived, used camera, there were NO roots at all. This is a ratbag council with overpaid employees who WASTE 85 year old last living money and time. How did she harm them by paying rates on time for the past  50 years? They NEVER did a thing for her the entire lifetime. 
lodged a complaint to find  this council does not even have a system to follow-up their corrupted, illegal and HARRASSMENT practices.
