Found it clean. Tidy though getting key was a little hard work as desk was not managed at time af arriving.
Air con not working as i found later at night.
Also be awere u are charged for botled water and in my case items that were not there.
I may have just had a bad day and do understand this is just my opinion.

Great venue. Excellent hosts and very clean and tidy rooms. Highly recommended

Great accom. Easy access, good location for transport, food. Clean and well serviced rooms. A+

Pretty good place overall. I had a corner room closest to the road - it was small but fine for one or two people. Not much to complain about - wifi could've been faster, and I occasionally heard noise from the train but it wasn't loud enough for it to he a problem. The owner is also super nice.

Overall was a good hotel, location is great. Staff very friendly. Cozy small rooms, cleanliness could be better.
