Had a house with the D house builder, they supplied oven, solar hotwater and dishwasher. All three items broken within two years. They are accurately timed to be two month after the warranty (2 years).

communications via phone & email couldn't have been easier.
Products ordered & delivered in less than a week! Great prices & free delivery, couldn't ask for more. Only, there is more....our carpenter said the 2  heated towel rails we received from Astivita, were much easier to install than the one my parents purchased elsewhere & there's was more than double the price of my Astivita ones! Great service & products. Thank-you

First Class Experience.  After searching the net I found Astivita Products.  I found the Item that I was Looking for at such a Reasonable Price, I couldn't wait to Order It, and order it I did.  The next two days I was figuring out with my son, the best time to pick the Item up from Acacia Ridge, QLD when a Courier Van arrived with my Item.  How good is that.  Thank you Astivita. AAAA++++

Probably the nicest company I have dealt with.  They honoured a warranty for a company they used to resell for even though that company had gone broke.  Scott, the companies general manager heard that there was a delay and actually sent me a brand new top of the line dishwasher instead and included installation.  This was in the course of honouring a warranty on another company's behalf; amazing!  Furthermore, he sent us a set of the Astivita range cookware at no extra charge and the quality of this stainless steel gear is about the best we have seen.  And that was at no extra charge!  I don't think you could deal with a better person anywhere and I would not hesitate to buy anything from this crowd at any stage as I know they stand behind their products 100%

Lovely to deal with. Purchased the beautiful French made Rosieres Induction Cooktop - with all the functions of other top brand European appliances, but at a quarter of the price. Put the online order in on Wednesday, and it was delivered the following morning!  Highly recommend.
