I wished to move on from using Ashfords specifically Craig Smith as their fees became so extremely costly which was fine when my business was growing, however as my business declined the fees continued to grow.nI made a decision to move on from using Ashford's as my tax agent & move to someone within my budget. Ashfords will make this process as difficult as possible, by delaying acknowledgement of ethical letters and providing no information for the next tax agent I personally dont know if this is legal, maybe a fine line between legal and ethicalnPretty much if you want to engage Ashfords - you're making life long decision to stay engaged with them.
Steven organized our business equipment funding very quickly at a competitive rate.nHowever more importantly when delays occurred in the manufacturing of our equipment Steven constantly kept in touch between both us and our equipment supplier to ensure status updates occurred regularly, our funding approval remained valid and eventually full payment was processed without delay.nnI cannot speak more highly of Steven's approach, dealings and service.nnThank you to you and your team.
