Food is great, fairly priced but best of all, the customer service is amazing. Will definitely return.

Good customer service. But the salad is not fresh.

Ordered my karage udon for the first time a couple of days ago via Uber and the experience was not good. The broth was tasteless, the chicken was average and same with noodles. Not worth the money Best to try Ozeki -- much better quality and quantity.
