Karen was amazing when my father died.  It was so important to find someone compassionate who really cares and she was all this and more.  She helped us organise a unique funeral that really reflected the idiosyncrasies of Dad's personality.  She made what I thought would be really hard into a reflective joy of exploring and celebrating his life.
