Will never come back there. Got bulbs Led GU Dim for a fortune which are the worst quality and don’t even work properly. I can’t have a refund because I bought them thinking the electrician would use them for upgrading and they don’t allow any refunds for bulbs!!!. In the shop they did not advise me in any way which the should according to my electrician and it was almost they were doing a favour to me! Horrible customer service in all the ways. Don’t recommend to anyone to buy anything there.
Appalling customer service. They made an error in the ordering which ended up costing me additional electrician fees and they point blank refused to reimburse some of the costs even though it was 10000% their fault. The absolute worst company. I have never ever seen a company whose attitude to customer service was so bad. Zero stars. Awful.
We had a pretty decent experience here - found a light we liked, bought it easily and it worked once we got it home. Service ok, not especially warm or friendly but it was prompt.
I was very disappointed with the way they dealt with my faulty complaint. they refused to refund for a faulty fitting and "fixed it" without listening request for substitution. i have asked for them to install it if they say its now fixed and working which they refused which is shady, i will file a claim on small claim court. There customer service is lacking and the owner viva enterprises has no clue of consumer law and therefore I feel obliged to leave negative review. i would say go somewhere else.
Visited this store yesterday & it’s fair to say I will never go back unless I am returning an item. Asking for assistance felt like a crime as they were all barring one so rude & disinterested. Upon arrival, I was even asked “How can I help?” in the most patronising & sarcastic way possible as if to suggest I did not belong in the shop/could not afford their products. Maybe employees will benefit from customer service training, you’ve left a sour taste in my mouth about your company & as a South London resident for years, I will be telling people to avoid shopping here.
A little cautious after reading some of the reviews but as they are very local to me I thought I would put them to the test. Parking is excellent as they have quite a few customer parking bays just outside the shop, I was seen quickly and the service provided was excellent, even carrying boxes to my car! The guy serving me researched the products I wanted and found the right bulbs and offered good advice on LED. The displays are fantastic and judging by the trade customers going in and out they seemed to be trusted by local tradespeople which is always a good sign. Will be back for more lighting products.
I purchased a light and was made aware it was in the clearance therefore I couldn’t get a. Refund. However as there were various colours I was able to exchange. I decided the I bought was not did. It look great in the room I wanted it to go so I returned it and asked for a silver when I meant chrome easy mistake because the assistant had to go back two she was very rude, body language and the way she spoke. no please or thank you. Will not shop there again.
I drove for quite some time across London to see a sample of 20 lights I'd selected from their site but found it difficult to get customer service in store. Since my original review they got in touch and responded to my email feedback pretty quickly saying they'd address the matter as a priority - I've got to give them credit for that and hopefully it's a better experience for future customers.
The staff ignored us and just laughed amongst themselves even when we were the only customers in the store. Go elsewhere.
I've come to Arrow Electrical store many times over the years, had a browse and often wandered back out without purchasing anything as the customer service was a bit non existant. Having recently started a new home project, I decided to venture back out to the store in search for the perfect light for living room. I was greeted by Andreea who showed me some of the display pieces. Nothing quite caught my eye. Andreea advised of a restock item that was due in autumn and took my phone number to advise that i would be informed when it was back in stock. This journey started in July 2020, with regular contact the item was back in the store in November. As originally described by Andreea the chandelier was as beautiful as she had stated. I purchased 2 pieces and 4 wall lights. Further visits will be taking place to look at more ceiling lights and bathroom lights. Andreea has the most amazing knowledge and professionalism. She is able to provide honest advise and provide guidance whilst representing the ethos of this company. She isn't pushy and will ensure she gives the best customer service, customising your requirements and budget. With this kind of staff attitude, this store will go from strength to strength. Well done Arrow Electrical for finding a gem like Andreea who really is an asset to you.
