We have dealt with Pacific Power Electrical Services for many years and always found the team to be professional & reliable. The Electricians arrive when arranged & carry out our work in a prompt manner. They are always willing to discuss our issues & make appropriate suggestions when required. We are pleased to personally recommend Randal and his team for all Electrical works either in home or as a new build.
Highly recommend!! Randal and his team are just fantastic. I have used them for multiple jobs now and they exceed my expectations every time. The communication and advice is exceptional. Jobs always completed in a prompt manor and to a high standard.
Monday I called and asked if someone was available to call in and fix the light in the garage. Well the service was fantastic. An electrician rang to see what time would suit me and could I tell him what size the light was. Well he came with in the hour and investigated the problem and had an appropriate replacement light and replaced the faulty light and also fixed a switch I wanted and made it look so simple. His professionalism was wonderful I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PACIFIC POWER to anyone needing help and as a 76 year old pensioner the service provided by this company was very professional. We have been using Pacific Power for some time now. Fantastic to deal with, always on time, efficient, knowledgeable, clean and tidy. We have always found the staff are professional and friendly and would highly recommend their services.

They were prompt, friendly and organised.They cleaned up the mess and took away my old oven and all the boxes too.They also managed to replace some lights under warranty so saved me money. Great service
