One of the worst compagny I ever deal with in my hole life, it's INCREDIBLE! My Electrolux vaccum cleaner was still on warranty so they told me to bring it there to get it fix for free. After a couple of days Nambour electrical called me and left a message saying that it was the filter and the filter is never covered by the warranty, so they asked me to pay in advance before they can order the new filter (that was on a Friday). I called them back on Monday to pay on the phone with my credit card so they can place the order, but the girl told me that my vaccum was fixed, the filter has been change and that I just have to pay when I come to pick it up! I asked her if she was sure and she said yes so I believed her... A couple of days later I went to pick up my vaccum and what a suprise when the girl told me that the filter didn't got change as I didn't paid for it! So I explained why I did not pay and the girl clearly believed me but didn't thought that she should apologize at all... So here we go this time I paid to get the new filter ordered, this was supposed to take 1 week! I waited a week and called but no filter, I waited 2 weeks and called and then the girl told me that it looks like it's fix but she is not sure, she needs to ask the technician and then she will call me back for sure later in the day, well I'm still waiting! So I called again (3 weeks) and then finally my vaccum cleaner was fixed but they didn't thought about calling me apparently! RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS HERE AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEIR IS A LOT MORE UNHAPPY PEOPLE!

The worst service ever. I cannot recommend this company at all. Steer clear and find someone else to fix your appliances. Constantly calling and emailing to get them to come and fix an appliance after first 3 minute visit that cost $90. They never return you calls and I have given up on them.

Had a tech come out and look at my fridge as it was not cooling he was here maybe 5 mins tops never took anything apart to check said it was the fan motor and they would need to order one in which is fine.. waited 4 maybe five days for the part to come in and the another tech to come out and fit part that i had paid for in advance only for it to not be the correct part once the fridge was pulled apart and the correct part would have to be ordered in. The tech then put the fridge back togeather.. the fridge now works fine.. i no longer need a part inwhich i have paid for for no reason as if the fridge was properly inspected the first time it would have been fixed all for the 70 fee not another $82 on top for a non refundable part.

Nambour Electrical Service came out for a warranty call on a washing machine. Kelly was excellent for arranging a suitable time and the technician got us back up and running in no time flat. Very happy with the service.

Took my Miele dishwasher in and described the symptoms and paid $55.00 for an inspection. They told me that the inspection had revealed three fault codes and three components needed to be replaced and the cost would be $861.85. Being dubious that three components could all have failed, I took it up to Noosaville to the only Sunshine Coast repairer who appears on Miele's website. They shared my doubts about three separate items failing. When I described the symptoms they said that sounds like the flow meter, which they replaced and the unit now works perfectly, for a total cost of $185.00 (included the inspection). Don't know if it was incompetence by Nambour Electrical Service or if they were just trying it on. They seemed like nice people so maybe it was just incompetence or a first year apprentice. They claim they are authorised repairers but their quote would indicate that they are not quite as diagnostically competent as the repairer on Miele's website.
