Megan and her team made selling our first home so easy. Nothing was too much trouble to explain to us. We chose Megan as we noticed the Armstrong realestate signs all around and also the quick sale times they seemed to have. Our house was sold within the week and at above our expectations. Megan was honest and realistic with what we could expect and always quick with communication to let us know what was happening. I had been following Armstrong Real Estate for some time on social media and when we were considering selling they were the first agents we called. I loved how they are a young, energetic team. Megan made the whole selling process very easy considering we had never sold a property before. Megan knows her stuff and knows this area extremely well, I definitely learnt a lot throughout the process. She was honest and realistic about what our price range was and gave regular updates. If we were to sell again I'd be more than happy to go through Megan and Armstrong Real Estate!

We had a great experience with Megan, Michael and the team at Armstrong Real Estate. They had great knowledge of the local area, and from the very first meeting it was clear that they were the right choice because of this. It was our first time selling a property and they made us feel at ease, answered all our questions and were available anytime if we needed more information. Less than 24 hours after our house went on the market they had a buyer through who made an offer that same day. Our house was sold within a weekend! We are so grateful for the wonderful work that they did.

We originally went to Megan to get advice on property sales in the Armstrong Creek area. We found her to be very knowledgeable and knew what potential buyers were looking for. She was able to tell us what recent properties had sold for and had realistic objectives for what our property could sell for. She was also able to help us with great contacts for landscaping, fencing and furniture staging. 
Her advice was spot on, as we had offers after only a couple of days on the market, and sold our property after one official 'open for inspection'. We are very happy with the price Megan and Michael negotiated for us.
We found the communication excellent, we were kept up to date with everything, and Megan was always prompt to return phone calls, emails or texts. 
We would suggest if you are selling a property in the Armstrong Creek/Mount Duneed area, Megan and Armstrong Real Estate are the agents to use, they know the area, they are spot-on with the price they think you will be able to get, they have clients that are looking for properties, they will be honest and straight forward and they will work hard to get you the desired outcome.

Couldn’t be a bigger advocate for Megan and her team at Armstrong real estate. I first brought a property off Megan 2 years ago and from day 1 of owning the property they had a tenant ready to go. 2 Year’s down the track I decided to sell my property. Megan, Josh & Michael have done a fantastic job and have well exceeded my expectations in the price they achieved!! Throughout the 2 years of Armstrong managing my property I have had regular contact regarding my property and if there has ever been any issues they have been on top of it straight away. 

I couldn’t recommend a better experience in first purchasing, renting or selling a property! Will be definitely using there services again!
