Took our vehicle to AP for the first time having recently bought a European motor vehicle. We have experienced simply fantastic service right from the very first 'chat' with the service manager Stu Williams. Service from all staff was friendly and welcoming, notably from Stu and from Victoria. We have experienced different levels of service over the years from poor to good, and now to outstanding. And before you go thinking we drive some flash, expensive Merc, Jag or BMW, to attract that kind of service from the AP team, our little baby is a 2011 BMW 118i worth about $20k, yet I can't imagine getting better service if it was worth 10 times that. AP have a new long term customer in us. Thanks guys!

Yes they give good service and have a very flashy show room/ workshop but just because you drive a European car does not mean that you have a huge bank balance. I left there yesterday after over 4 hours for a service and a huge bill feeling sick and in shock at the bill which was $300 - 400 more than I expected. I don't believe the value of a service in one establishment can be $400+ better than another. I will be alot more careful with my hard earned money in the future and get a quote before having work done.

Our Fiat camper broke down on Boxing Day and we had it towed here for when they reopened for business the day after. They took it in and took great care of us. Ryan was our service manager and he was very responsive and helpful. They got a major repair done in two days and had us back on the road before the New Years holiday weekend. The repair, though expensive, came in several hundred dollars under what we were quoted and the loaner car we were given allowed us to continue our holiday in the area while the service was being done. Thanks!
